The aims and objectives of Kubarirwa & Bitete Family Association are centered on improving the well-being of its members through unity, cooperation, and shared responsibility. The association is committed to enhancing access to favorable financial opportunities that support the economic and social growth of every member. By promoting a strong sense of unity, especially where there has been isolation or lack of engagement, the association seeks to rebuild and strengthen family bonds for the benefit of all.

In addition, the association works to collaborate with other like-minded groups to create opportunities that improve household incomes and overall livelihoods.
