The association body is the general assembly from which the executive committee shall be nominated and elected.

Each member shall have one vote and the executive committee shall consist of 10 members.

The position shall be as listed below;

  • Chairperson.
  • Vice chairperson.
  • General Secretary.
  • Treasurer.
  • Vice treasurer
  • Mobilizer.
  • The other three members.
  • Advisor

Members of the executive shall hold office for two years and shall be eligible for the re-election.

Any member shall be free to contest for any position.

Members with majority votes shall be declared a winner for any position

The executive committee shall be the governing body of the association and shall conduct the day to day affairs of the association in accordance with this constitution and elections which may be issued by the general meeting of the association.

NOTE: The position of chairperson, general secretary and treasurer for anyone to contest must be a senior member i.e should have stayed in association for two years and above.
